Racing Ducati Xeron team racer Michel Fabrizio underwent surgery for Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome of the Forearm or "arm pump syndrome" and has been recovering. Supposedly the pain has been there for a few months according to Fabirizio with 1098s intense riding style being partially to blame. "Arm pump syndrome" is extremely rare among athletes. |
